Dr. Donlevy grew up in southern California and spent a number of years in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well. He returned to the southern California area and attended the University of Southern California. He was accepted into dental school after only two years of undergraduate work, at the University of Southern California Dental School, completing his D.D.S. in 1990 and graduating number one in his class. After graduation, he enrolled in medical school at Vanderbilt University, obtaining his M.D. in 1993. His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency was also completed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1996 and he became a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1999. Dr. Donlevy began private practice in his current location in 1996. He is married and has four young children and they are active members of the local South Bay community.
