Our Office believes very strongly that determination of proper treatment is a matter to be decided between the doctor and the patient. We will assist you in predetermining your benefits and estimated expenses for your treatment. We will also be happy to furnish documentation to assist in obtaining benefits to which you are entitled.
In the event that you do not receive these benefits, we suggest that you contact your carrier and your employer benefits representative to request the appropriate professional review. If we can assist you in this process, we will make every effort to do so.
