Dr. Chiccone brings a unique blend of West Coast roots and East Coast training to our practice. A Southern California native, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. He then moved to New York City to complete the prestigious six-year dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and MD program at The Mount Sinai Hospital System.
During his training, Dr. Chiccone earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and received comprehensive experience across the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. In his final year of residency, he served as Chief Resident of the OMFS service, overseeing surgical operations and mentoring junior residents. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
A lifelong hockey player and former goalie, Dr. Chiccone remains closely connected to the sport by volunteering as a sideline medical provider for local youth hockey teams. He is passionate about supporting young athletes and giving back to the game that helped shape his discipline and work ethic.
Outside the office, Dr. Chiccone is a devoted Los Angeles Kings, Dodgers, and USC football fan, a live music enthusiast, and a proud dog dad. Whether attending a concert, cheering from the stands, or enjoying the beach with his pup, he brings the same energy, focus, and enthusiasm to life that he brings to patient care.
